Success Stories:

In support of U.S. Department of Energy and U.S. Department of State/ EXBS program, our technical experts conducted over 70 workshops to train government officials and selected exporters spread over 27 countries to recognize and to assess the proliferation risk of exporting dual-use nuclear, missile, chemical and biological commodities.  Countries include:  Armenia, Azerbaijan, China, Estonia, Georgia, India, Indonesia, Israel, Italy, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Malaysia, Mexico, Morocco, Pakistan, Russia, Serbia, Singapore, Taiwan, Tajikistan, Thailand, Turkey, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, and Uzbekistan.  One of our instructors also speaks fluent Russian and can train officials from former Soviet Union countries in their native language without interpretation, which greatly enhances technical communication and learning.

As technical experts in nuclear, missile, and chemical dual-use commodities, we facilitated development of internal compliance programs tailored and designed for select international and domestic companies.  For example, our international experience includes working with 200 Rosatom entities, the Russian government nuclear complex, and 104 Roscosmos entities, the Russian government missile complex, in establishing all the elements of an effective internal compliance program and in consistent commodity classifications.  Our domestic experience includes working with the Boeing Company, the largest exporter of U.S. controlled commodities and technologies, and with Lockheed Martin  in enhancing and expanding their internal compliance programs to ensure compliance with U.S. regulations. 

As a U.S. Customs Director, our technical expert led training activities for over 9,000 U.S. Customs inspectors.  As a U.S. Customs advisor, he then led International efforts in Albania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Macedonia, Romania, Serbia, Bosnia, Moldova, and Ukraine, in training workshops to illustrate techniques to enhance cargo inspections and to improve processing efficiency.

As a Customs Green-Border specialists, our expert trained U.S. Customs officials and international Customs officers from Afghanistan, Albania, Iraq, Macedonia, Poland, and Ukraine in patrol tactics, vehicle searches, interview techniques, tracking, and fraudulent document detection.  Our expert also speaks fluent Spanish which significantly improves training of Spanish-speaking trainees.
